Bad service

Very poor service and this store Clicks Chrisshani crossing in Vooorus, stoday supposed to open at 9h00am as it is displayed out side but they not opening in time, they dont even care to explain or appologies to theire clients. The store is so packed with no Covid regulations followed. Before i was at the same store to collect my medication. The lady who was assisting was very rude and not willing to help and told me she cant find my medication; i left the store sondisapoited and phined the store to complain, the gentle man who was assisting was very friendly and appologiesed
