Bad service

For the first time in my years at shopping and clicks am disappointed.... I bought a toiletry bag within the first month of having it the mirror and the whole cover on top fell in....... Took it the store and I was told a slip was needed, I mean I don't keep slips because the thought of clicks saying me a product with a factory fault never crossed my mind......

Now after that was done I told they can't exchange because they don't have it in store called the other nearby store, they still did not have it... What am I supposed to do with a toiletry bag that is damaged
