Bad service

Clicks Plettenberg Bay. My daughter went to the pharmacy on the 26 August for a repeat script. The pharmacist could not find it on the system. Stressed my daughter out and eventually after 2 trips back to Clicks another lady found it on the system. No apology was given. Very bad service.
