Bad Service

I went to clicks with a new script for Diane 35 I cannot recall the date but it was end April. I'm on Accutane and it's important for me to take this contraceptive.

My husband went to get a pack for me and they told him the repeat is finished he explained to the that I did give a new script at Clicks Chilli lane and they said they would call and get back to me which they didnt. Today I go to Clicks Chilli Lane to enquire because I know you need a script for Diane 35 and I know I gabe them a new one to extend the first one and I was told I took the last script last month and they didn't receive new one. And there was a female with a terrible attitude who said yes Clicks Birchleigh called "there's no script".

I know I handed in that script and I know I cannot get those pills without a script, now why would I go there knowingly to ask for something I did not give them. I do not have time to go around explaining myself and I do not know what they did with that script but I did give it to them.

I'm reporting this because this is the second time this is happening. I let it go in 2013.

I'm fed up with this service and the attitude I'm given by the people who chose a career in working with people but give bad attitude and bad service.
