Bad service

Hi. I would like to lay a formal complaint against the female pharmacist at the Edendale Mall branch. I am not sure what her name is but she is chubby and I think she goes by the name Imaan. 2 weeks ago I went in and enquiried about something I could give my daughter for gas, she was so unhelpful but just directed me to the isles. I don't mind that but the manner in which she did it and came across was not pleasant to say the least. Today, 12 June I went in again and enquired about nasal drops for my daughter again. I must emphasize that I keep having to go and enquire at the pharmacy because I have a newborn baby and I'm a 1st time mom and she hasn't been well lately with the cold and all. I have been to her pediatrician but cannot go there for every sneeze, so I rely on pharmacies to assist. There were 2 of us in the line to the self medication and she was serving, already the other lady mentioned how unhelpful she was going to be. Both of us surprisingly had to go to the same isle as non of our items were in the pharmacy. I would like to stress the fact that there was no one else in the queue but she didn't bother to come with us to show us where the items were in the isles. I had to go back and ask her again if she was sure that's where the Thermometer was and she just said I must just ask the floor staff, who were nowhere to be found as well. It's not the 1st time this has happened at this branch and I feel we are given this treatment because it's situated at the township because I've been to various Clicks elsewhere and never have I experienced such bad service. If someone could please address this matter as I fear many aren't getting helped because of this arrogant attitude from this girl. When we come there, it's not a social call but because we are in need of some medical assistance so her attitude is appalling. I would appreciate feedback in this regard.
