BAD SERVICE

I did buy Clicks special ( washing powder 21 tablets for 130) when I get by the till after the cashier did ring up my purpuche I realize I did take 2 diffrent size tubes. I did ask the cashier I want the special she then reply ok go and get the right one. I did ask her must I go she reply yes after I ask her do I work here? So she ask a other lady who work with her to get the right one. I did go and fetch the right one after get back at the till the lady laugh in my face I did say to her she is very rude.

And whattmakes service more worse is that customer care dont even call back. I did phone tell when I left the shop. They did say they will investigate it and someone will phone me back. NO RESPONCE It is not the first time I have a problem with the staff behind the tills. The previovs time it was about a price when I ask phone customercare of headoffice I want to discuss the problem the one guy told me they dont have a phone to phone. How can they dont have a phone?
