bad service

went to clicks Phalaborwa with a prescription from the Doctor and the Pharmacist returned me because the Dr used one initial for my prescription. Instead of asking for ID book or copy they sent me away and already the Dr had knocked off i could not go and fix my prescription. So a person can die just because the Dr did not include both my initials.
