Bad service

My mother 75 has not yet received her chronic medicine after 8 phone calls to Direct medicine. The one lady promised that delivery will took place on 2017/10/06 but it never happened. Got a phone call from direct medicine to say it will be delivered on 2017/10/09 but it also didn’t happened. She been out of medicine for almost a month. This is poor service and I wonder what will happen if something happens to my mother not be able to use her medicine.
