Bad Service

At the time I didn't know my son fractured/broken his bone in his arm, went into Clicks to get maybe some medicine & wrist-band as the doctor advised me to do that and take my son for X-ray. Walking into the Clicks in Sea Point and speaking to the Pharmacist who didn't give a dam or showing much interest in a small child in pain and when approaching the manager on the floor who looked like she was taking stock and wasn't really interested in what I was doing either, but rather in the stock. I urgently needed help on the products, but no one really cared, so I put everything down and walked out and complained to the customer service person standing in front and told her the service is shocking towards customers, especially a child and that's why people are going to Dischem as their services is 300 times better...
