Bad service

Extremely bad service received from Zukiswa at Clicks Secunda mall. I had a bad headache and went to buy Grandpa and when I got to the counter she first moved to her collegue without excusing herself and I waited and she came back, with a very bad attitude written all over her face . While trying to pay it was loadshedding at 11am and I was doing a payment and she said that the system is down, I asked her to try again and she said the transaction will go through twice she needs to test with airtime and she called Thuli to void the transaction(even that Thuli who I believe is a supervisor didn't even greet) eventually the transaction went through and she continued talking to her colleagues while I had to wait for her till I was furious asking her to give me my grandpa so I can go. I completely don't like how I was treated and this is the last time I set my foot there and its been numerous times of ill treatment at that shop😡
