bad service

Around about 10.30 am on 1 July my mom went to fetch her monthly meds as she does every month I have arranged it that she gets a sms when all is ready when she got there one one was ready the lady rudely told her that she didn't make this up. When my mom asked her where the other meds are as my mom is on life supporting tablets the lady once again went to look and returned with the second packet and even more rude she then said to my mom a old pensioner that u never fetch your meds every month so why is she complaining. Last moth she was given short meds and when my mom asked her response was I never packed it. I think her attitude is appalling and she should not be dealing with public all my mom could tell me she has shoulder lengthbrown hair and is sslightly short
