Bad service

I booked an appointment for Saturday the 09/01/2021 at the Boksburg branch (East rand Mall). I received an confirmation email and received 2 sms reminding me of my appointment. When I got to the store I was told that they don't work weekends even after showing them the confirmations. This is extremely bad service even after being in the news for different reasons it seems they don't care. Very bad for a company like this. I would rather recommend Dischem
