Bad service

<p>I decided to use clicks new service click and collect. As a first time client I am extremely disappointed. It's sure a inconvenience, where the service is suppose to be convenient.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered my items, this process was smooth. The collection was good too. Unfortunately when I arrived at home I opened the box to find that two items are not with the order but on the invoice and my shampoo is opened and leaking. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is suppose to be a convenient service, but if you can't get it right why do you still offer this service? Another thing if you don't have a product why do you charge me? </p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely disappointed with this service. Wouldn't both using it again or recommend it to anyone.</p>
