Bad Service

<p>On Wednesday, 26 April 2017 around 17:46, we called at Clicks Pharmacy to collect repeat medication. We in error forgot to bring along our Clicks card. The Pharmicist Trainee logged onto the system & confirmed my name & surname & proceeded to dispense the medication, using the Clicks Card number via the system.</p> <p>On approaching the paypoint to pay for the medication & other products, the Floor Supervisor refused to use the Clicks Card number provided on the invoice provided from the Pharmacy & the payment was processed WITHOUT the Clicks Card number.</p> <p>Find the arrogance & bad service of this Supervisor totally unacceptable & questions her employment as Supervisor.</p> <p>Incidently, we are not foreigners to the store, as we are in the store at least once or twice weekly !!!!!!! </p>
