Bad Service

<p>I went to a Clicks yesterday 3 April 2017 in Jabulani Mall in Soweto.</p> <p>It was about 17:45 i waited in the queu as usual, when i got to the till i asked for NAN HA1.</p> <p>The lady at the cashier told me i have to wait while somebody fetched it from storeroom.</p> <p>I am aware of the fact that formulas are kept at the till but I asked why not NAN HA1</p> <p>She rep**** by saying because not so many people buy it.</p> <p>I waited for almost 20 minutes to be told that it was not in stock.</p> <p>I was so upset because i could have gone to another shop before closure only if they knew such information on hand.</p> <p>Plus the lady who went to check (I assume it was supervisor) took her time and didnt even apologise for the situation.</p> <p>Was really dissappointed by this</p>
