Bad service

<p>I went to clicks pharmacy in Gezina to buy an ointment the one I wanted was not on special so the assistant showed the one which was on special which works similar to the one I wanted so I was happy because I would save money then I got to the till to my surprise the price is higher than what I was told then I told them that's not how to run your business by misleading customers then the lady at the till point she went to ask at the pharmacy about the prices I followed her to the pharmacy then we got there the lady whom was helping apologised and told me she's new she didn't know if the prices went up or what then she called this other lady which she didn't have her name badge on she just said no she has to take it or leave it as if i'm not even there then I told that lady who assisted me can you please call your manager because I can not be treated as if it's my fault then as she went for like almost 15 minutes and he was just around the corner in the office (manager)then the lady comes back says to me i'm sorry mam the manager which his name is Kobus says it's either I take it or leave it ,so now a company so big like clicks pharmacy can treat us like we have to beg them to give us proper service and my Hubby and child were waiting for me outside so I just waisted my time going in to your store and only to be told to either take it or leave it... If u can maybe take your managers to service training that wold be better next time it can really help...****ed</p> <p> </p>
