Bad service

<p>Yesterday at around 13.30 I visited clicks in Shelly beach. I was doing my shopping I was buying perfume when I came across a perfume that had a price tag for R219.00 . It was a gift set called VIP Rose 212 on the box there was a price for R1150 but below the box there was a price tag showing R219.00 I am a customer a shopper its Christmas I assumed it was a Christmas sale and the price had been reduced further. I picked up the perfume to take it as the shelf showed R219.00 and all the perfume were on the row the other perfume on the shelf had there on price tags. The lady working in that department I called her and I said to her wow clicks is having a huge sale this perfume is marked down to R219. 00 she started getting defence saying no u can not do that to me I asked her why and she said tjisncan never be look at the box there's the price I told her but there's the price tag at the bottom she said its definitely its a mistake. I told her I'm a customer the price u I see is the price I am going to pay she said never I told her to call her manager she removed the price tag!!!! Immediately and she this is the wrong price tag placed there it was done by the weekend staff I insisted for the perfume at that price if it was the weekend staff putting wrong price tags this was at around 13.30 on Monday why was the error not corrected. She called the manager it was a tall guy he just looked at me and she no its and error after explaining everything to him he was 2nd in charge . The store manager was out. I wanted the item for 219.00 as it was a store error. The manger had arrived and the guy took me to the manger it was a lady I went to her office and explained the story to her she ju said no it was an error and walked away didn't want to head anything further. While I was talking tonher she just walked away . I have pictures and the price tag that was on the shelf next to the perfume. Pleas advice.</p>
