Bad Service

<p>This might have just been my worst experience at a clicks store. Walking into any business one would expect to be treated with a smile. Not for this Saturday afternoon.</p> <p>After concluding with my purchases, I walked towards the payout counter. Luckily the store had just emptied so the queues were not as long as they usually were. A cashier screams in a distance next customer. As I walked towards her counter I noticed she was still busy assisting another customer, scratching in her register for change.While I waited for her to finish assist the customer she was busy with, the cashier next to hers screams next customer. Feeling fairly annoyed at the unprofessionalism displayed by the cashier ( Puletstesto ) it took a simple click of the tongue to get the cashier angered up.</p> <p>I addressed the cashier that what she did is very wrong, instead of apologizing she continued to scan my goods and called for her manager. She showed no sign of empathy or willingness to assist me. She would not even ask if I was a clicks club card member. I had to remind her how to do her job.</p> <p>Just before I exited the shop her manager decided to grace us with her presence. The cashier, with no regard for the customer speaks in her native language to her manager and walks away. I was left speechless at the utter disregard showed by both the cashier and her manager.</p> <p> </p>
