Bad service

<p>Over-booking of appointments and I was told on the morning of my appointment (13/10/2016) that they don't have stock of baby vaccines with no apology or anything. Why make my booking without first checking if there are vaccines in stock?!? I'm very angry and disappointed! What an incovenience!</p>
