Bad Service

<p>i bought a bottle warmer at clicks in randburg sometime last week for a freind. i do have proof of payment and everything is still sealed and in good condition. When i take it back to clicks they wont take it back they say it has some cooking oil spots on the box. What am i suppose to do with it coz it was never used only the is the reason why they cant take it back. please help</p>
