Bad service

<p>I called clicks jabulani Mall on ********** 782 and spoke to a lady forgot the name, wanted to ask if they do sell a diabet injection and instead of transfering me to the correct department she called Solly to come and assist as he was around but a shocking respond i heard from solly that he is on lunch so he wont assist i was placed on hold for about 15-20 minutes and they decided to drop the call as i could hear from the back round they just laughing and talking about there own things instead of getting back to me and telling me where to call. I felt realy irritated cause it shows that they don't care about clients as long as they continue with their talks why should they F****care about the person who needs assistance.</p>
