BAD SERVICE

This morning I went to clicks pharmacy to get my prescribed medication, a Lady by the name of Thinga was assisting me. As she was closing the transaction I Realised that she was about to give me the wrong medication. I asked her why and she answered that its the same as the one I wanted, I refused to take it because I know the difference. she insisted that she's the pharmacist and she knows better so I requested that she verifies with my Dr and she refused and said I might as well go get them somewhere else. Now the question is. IS THAT HOW IM SUPPOSE TO BE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER????? Does clicks not practice any HONESTY & INTEGRITY to their customers??? Its my health we talking about here....
