Bad service
<p>I went to purchase a few things at clicks in Rustenburg CBD and one of the things I was buying was 2 small non printed gift cards of which they had no price on the shelve. When I got to the till the cards were so cheap @5 cents that the teller called the manager and the manager refused to sell me the 2 little cards provided he puts his own price on them which was R7. He set those cards aside and told me that those cards will not leave the store unless I buy them with an amout of which he came up with at the till. Now I was very embarrassed as I tried to negotiate with him about the price. I was given a treatment as if I was the one who reduced the prices in the system. I've always bought my toiletries at clicks and I have always been receiving good service but what I experienced last week was a shock. I ddnt know that managers can put their desired prices if they feel like the prices are low......... <br /><br /></p> <p> </p> <p>I sent a message to clicks on Facebook and they told me to send an email and I did so. Until today the matter hasn't been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>This incident occurred on the 5th of July 2017</p>
