Bad Service

Good day

This is rather unexpected but I just couldnt help it but Speak out. I visited Clicks Pharmacy in Maponya Mall on 16/07/2017 to get some medication for my 1 year old daughter. While waiting in the que I noticed a not stating that " an ID and Medical aid card" will be required when purchasing meds. In the past, this was not so as I would only use my Clicks Clicks club card an ld be assisted.

When I was called to be assisted before we continued I told the pharmacist that I have my ID book, Click Card and I could only provide a virtual card as the new process was still new to me. She opted to assist me ( Which I wish she could have turned me away).

She said I can send a copy of my virtual card to an email she gave me and I did. Then since she did not receive it she told me that due to network issues at clicks it will show as though the email is sent but it is not sent. I have worked and still work with phones for 6 years and counting... she took me for a fool and said she wont be able to assist me since the email hasnt come through. Showed her that on my phone it was sent but she was still firm in saying that it hadnt sent as yet from my phone. I have never been treated like that at Clicks Maponya mall in the 4 years + that I have supported the store.

This is unacceptable and like I said she could have told me at first that she wont be able to help..!
