Bad service

I was in clicks in kagiso mall.the treatment I got there socks. As I was waiting for my number to called and so they did.after I was told to wait on the side for 20 munites whilst other people that came after me were called and left the store. When I stood up to ask why am I put on the side while my daughter is sick and expecting the medication i came to buy. This sister who works there named Thuli, told me i should wait and I'm mad. And she said I should leave or take a sit again.
