Bad Service

I am so disappointed by the bad service that Clicks store has for their customers. On the 20Aug 20 I went to Clicks in Carlton Centre I bought some items then I went at the tills to pay assisted by the cashier unfortunately he couldn't finalise the sale because it needed authorization from the manager. He called the manager several times to come assist but the manager couldn't come I waited for almost half an hour, eventually the manager came dragging her feet as if she did not want to assist with no remorse for keeping us waiting long, never greeted us, No apology, She was so rude, no empathy and the queue was very long, Please improve your Service
