bad refund attitude

this matter started when clicks pharmacy balfour park gave me an invoice and cash recepipt which was unreadable due to shortage of ink. they then forwarded the information without a copy of the receipt to bestmed .bestmed then paid clicks and not myself. now despite various correspondence from bestmed and myself clicks are looking for every excuse not to refund me my money despite the fact that in a more recent mail they agree that there are monies due to me. I did not know that clicks were so desperate that they cannot pay what they are not entitled to. if i owed them the money i wonder what they would have done. both my wife and myself are both on chronic medication which amounts to thousands every month. clicks obviously are not concerned about that so i will be returning my clicks card and moving my scripts to another pharmacy
