Bad Quality Product

I would like to bring to your attention,late last month I bought Multicolour Dot Foldup fashionable accessories toiletry bag at Clicks Paddocks Capetown. This is the 2nd week I’m using it and I already noticed the stitches coming off and also the zip came off. I did not keep the receipt as I wasn’t expecting for the bag to be in this condition in a short period of time as I paid a lot of money. I did use my club card though I’m sure this can be traced. Also inform the supplier that they can’t be selling low quality product to customers at a high price. I’m really disappointed
