Bad Products/False Adverti*****t

I recently bought a Clicks product. It was the adjustable back brace. I must say it's one of the worst things I've ever bought. The product itself does not resemble anything that's shown on the box. It offers little to no back support. I don't think I can even take it back cause I've lost the receipt. The material does not warrant the price tag. The instructions on the box are unclear cause it looks like the instructions for an entirely different product.
