Bad pharmacy service at Clicks Hatfield

<p>went to the pharmacy for a repeat. The person who "helped" me had no name tag. Didn't know if he was a pharmacist or an assistant due to no name or tag of any kind. He want quite rude and uninformed. Told me he could not find my profile and that he can't help me. He only swiped my card once and then gave up on searching for my profile. I work for clciks as well and I know that he did not try whatsoever. When I told him how to search for my profile he ignored me completely. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I don't have medicine which I need to take every day. This is completely horrible services and clicks needs to better train their staff and locums </p>
