Bad patient experience

My Experience with clicks in Elspark is horrible, my Dr sent a prescription to around 12hoo. When I get there at 15h25 for collections the guy said why I didn't call to confirm. I am like my Dr arranged that how would I know that I must call. The guy had my script in his hands and told me to follow the que, my question is why the prescription left for if one need to still be on the que. When I get to counter this guy just said to me they dont have 2 of my 3 medication, and theres nothing he can do. I must go to other pharmacy. Just like that.
