Bad online shopping

I bought on line yesterday and my money was deducted from my account. To my surprise I have not received my items which were urgent yesterday and I ended buying on line from Zulzi. My items were delivered within 15 minutes by Zulzi. Buying from Clicks in line feels like a **** as I am no longer able to access the app. May I please rather be refunded my money and I will never buy from clicks on line again 🤫🙈😭😳😡😡😡😡
