BAD ONLINE SERVICES!!!!

I purchased on Clicks Online; funds were deducted from my account however, there is no active order on my profile. I have been calling Clicks daily for the past 3 days and each time they are giving me excuses. Nothing has been done. I want my money back or my order!!
