BAD ONLINE SERVICE, MY NUMBER IS BLOCKED

i wish i could give 0 stars! Clicks online is absolutely pathetic, i placed an order today but i saw it has been processing for quite a while, and then tp find out ir takes 2-3 days to arrive. WHERE IS THE ETA ON THE APP??? cause if i knew it would take that long i wouldnt order. so i called and asked to cancle my order , so they dont do that and they then blocked my number. now i cant reach them at all. all i wanted to do now was find out if i can change my order to click and collect but now i cant. and by the looks of the other reviews i wont even recieve my order. clicks do better !!!!!
