Bad Online Service

To try and to sort out a problem with an online order is impossible. Communications to and fro, but nothing is being done to resolve the issue. Every time a different person makes a new promise. I ordered items and obviously paid before delivery. One of the items was incomplete (some of the contents in the container was missing). This is now more than 2 weeks after the oder and nothing is happening.
