Bad online service

I bought the vital Baby natural 2 in 1 combination sterilizer at clicks in December. I opened the box and used the sterilizer, the next morning when I wanted to use the bottles that is supposed to be included, there was no bottels. I'm a first time mom so didn't check assumed all is well. I have checked again and It clearly says online at clicks 2 bottels and teats included in the product description, now I can't return the product as I already used it. Since December 2020 I've been querying this as I want to know why description is saying one thing and I received something different and was told my query has been escalated to the online department but since today nothing has come of this. I was even promised cash back since December 18, 2020 but still today nothing. Very disappointed, only half of product received.
