Bad online service

I have always had great experiences when ordering online from Clicks as i find its more convinient. But this time round ive had to run around calling and sending emails to inquire when an order i placed on 29 August is being delivered. Customer service responded yesterday saying it would be delivered by end of day yesterday. I still have not received anything. Please advise where is my order??????
