Bad/Negative service

<p>Arrived at Clicks Pharmacy, Pinehurst at 10:55. Waited in the queue for Prescriptions. Upon arrival there were no clients in the Self-Medication area.</p> <p>There were two clients ahead of me and whilst in the queue the client ahead of me was being served and another client arrived in the Self-Medication area.</p> <p>The Pharmacy Assistant by the name of DERRICK disregarded me and started serving the client who had just arrived in the Self-Medication area.</p> <p>We left the CLICKS Pharmacy at Graanendal for the same reason of BAD SERVICE by most of the Pharnacy Assistants at this outlet.</p> <p>It appears that there is a major problem with the hiring of Pharmacy Assistant at CLICKS and requires attention.</p>
