Bad manager

Dealt with a manager at clicks jubilee mall by the name of Sylvester. He absolutely had no sense of customer service. He was so impulsive, moody,full of himself and not keen to effectively help me as I had came with an appliance that didn't work properly within the 24hours that I bought it. He blatantly said I should just come back another day and does not care how much of resources I use to come to the store or wether how urgently I needed an exchange or refund, he says clicks is not there to cater me. Yes there was a problem of loadsheding at the Mall and I didn't have a problem if he offered me options as to how we are going to reach a conclusion which will be beneficial to both me and him. Luckily the electricity came back and I received my refund, he didn't even thank me after everything and had the audacity to threaten me that even if I complain I can't do anything . As someone who is also in a sector where customer service and satisfaction is key, this Manager didn't depict any, completely appalling and rude.
