Bad management service

I went to clicks on the 15th of October 2022 to buy a few items for my baby I bought Formula and purtiy it came up toR261 in the morning at 11am later during I checked my things only to find out I missing one of the purtiy's as I bought on the special of buy 5 for R55 I called the store at Workshop to inform them Firstly the person who answered the phone passed on the phone to manager as I was explaining and did not inform me I had to re-explain everything the Manger was rude she kept cutting me off she wanted my information about my purchase as I advised that I had misplaced my slip but I used my club card She took it and my number advised that the cashier had left and would contact me Monday Few minutes after the call she called me to ask which purchase I was referring to as I made two she had printed out my slip I told her.

I called back to ask if I could come to in store on the day as I was knocking of at 5pm so we could sort it out and answered rudely and said no cause as she the cashier was gone Monday came no call I wanted the whole week to be contacted I until I went to the store today 24/10/2022

She spoke to me in manner and tone I did not appreciate when I asked why I was not contacted regarding the issue to the extent that she rolled her eyes at me and said ay ke

When I asked if sorry is the only thing that she could say to me

She no longer had my information nor remembered what I said about no longer having my slip cause she requested it. I left the store still without my item without any assistance
