Bad HR PERSONNEL (JOHANNESBURG)

Bad and rude Joburg Hr personnel, how can I wait for the whole day calling the department just to get my proof of employment then be rude and say you care and shout while is your duty. I've calling from morning until 13:00 to be insulted for asking a question, if you don't want to assist then be it.
