Bad Horrible service/Rude Manager

Last week Thursday I bought a pack of Preg Omega at Clicks Bryanston shopping centre, sadly when I got home I notice that a pack of Folic acid was missing inside the box. So i went back to the store the next day and explained to the manager what I had encountered, the manager (Kefilwe Makhubela) was extremely rude to me, telling me that there's no way that they will mis-pack their product, she basically told me that I was lying. I then asked her what would i gain by lying. she did not want to listen to me, I requested to speak to her boss, she rep**** by saying that she was the boss. I then left the store without any assistance from her. i decided to call the Head office to lodge a complaint, they then gave me a reference number ********** 9 which i am still waiting for their response. Extremely disappointed on Clicks.
