Bad family planning service given

I am very unhappy with their Clinic services at Click in Majuba mall Newcastle KZN, the Nurse was very rude. My appointment was at 10:30 am i got there in time, she took a patient in my appointment slot and she took 20 min. When she talked to me she gave me attitude when i told her im there for family planning. Then she said i need a prescription from a doctor for me to get the services. Click CT and JHB never asked for that. When i asked her and her manager why didn't your internet prompt me that when i booked they failed to answer. I booked online, and the clicks online service clearly stated they provide family planning services. The nurses attitude made it even worse she was not welcoming and did not want to listen to what i said. Their service was horrible. I am never buying at clicks anymore. The treatment she gave me is the same treatment we run away from at government hospitals because they treat family planning patients differently. There is a serious stigma aroung young women who use contraceptive specially from nurses. The treatment we get makes many young women shy away from using birth control, ending up getting pregnant at a young age. The treatment the nurse gave me was very bad.
