Bad experience with clicks silverton

I am not happy with how they operate here , i came here to collect my repeats and i was accused of collected the repeats already at mall of africa how possible is that , not even to ask me if i took my repeats or when last did i collect my repeats but i am told that i have taken them already how is it possible that one can take medication twice a day to be honest where will i be doing with two prevention pills . I produced my clicks card but still asked if it’s my medical aid but all my details are on my clicks card . I just dont like how they operate , it is not even my problem that mall of africa did their error on their side why should i have to suffer that i drove all the way to silverton to collect but however i am being told that i should pay cash whos going to reimburse my cash back as i usually use my medical aid to take my repeats , what kind of service is this
