Bad experience with Clicks Online Shop

Very bad experience with their online shop.

I ordered certain beauty products which were not delivered as stated online when I made the purchase. I have already sent a complaint to their online customer service department. After weeks of waiting for a response I have still not received anything.

Bad customer service. No response to client complaints. And they do not deliver products as advertised online.
