Bad Experience making use on Clicks Online Services (Payment of Bills & Prepaid Services)

I paid my DsTV two DsTV accounts via Clicks Online Services on 18 September 2024, to my surprise my subscription have been discontinued this morning. Upon enquiry, I am told I didn't pay and they even charged me R50 for cancellation fees. Wgen I made enquiry with Clicks, they told me they will send proof of payment and I can engage with multichoice to correct this. My problem is, how the hell I am supposed to resolve this whereas they are the one responsible to pay Multichoice. And now they don't say anything about penalty incurred because of their incompetencies. Stay away from this useless service.
