Bad Experience Ever - Clicks Fourways Crossing

What a BAD service at Clicks fourways crossing. On the 4th August 2021 I went to purchase few items at clicks fourways crossing and was assisted by a gentleman called Thuto Mosina together with another sales lady "assuming she's the assistant', unfortunately did not take her name.

Upon receiving my change which was made up of 1x R50 note and some coins. I then asked for 2x R20 notes and 1x R10 note but the so called assistance blatantly turned towards me and said "No change" with an attitude. I then still asked the gentleman (Thuto), who then surprisingly referred me to go to the next teller to get change, the assistance then immediately said "I said No change".

I was so disappointed because I just didn't come into Clicks store to ask for change but to buy some items. I was left with no choice but to buy sweets by the aisle in order for me to get change, which I then did and got the change. I just had to walk out of the store and told myself I'm never stepping my foot into that store ever again and I need the public to be made aware of this.

So its obvious that they did have change but were just not prepared to assist me.

I wish people can learn to treat their customers with respect, love and be greatful for the job you have because there's just too many out there unemployed who would have approached me better in this situation.

I cannot put too much blame at Thuto because he was being instructed by his assistant who needs to get her attitude right for the store to grow and be profitable.
