Bad experience ever

I was at Clicks at the Maluti Cresent Mall Phuthaditjhaba to exchange Rubber Ferrule the whole Manager Mbuli told me that they can’t exchange something they don’t have on stock while I bought them at the same shop different locations. I’m so disappointed in the manner the manager handled my query… Can this guy get proper training cause obviously he lacks experience and knowledge sies ka mpa tse kgolo ekare onwa jwala ba yeast mxm🙄
