Bad experience at clicks vangate mall.

Went to clicks vangate mall, what a terrible experience. Was on our way out, the bar code sensors went off and the security literally crabbed my packet out of my hand and started taking my items out waving it against the sensors without saying anything to me while all other customers had their eyes on myself and husband. After she had finished she then only asked my till slip. All my items matched on the till slip and we left. What a embarrassing experience. Really won't go there again. The security lady has no communication s****s. Very bad for such a huge recognized store to employ someone that doesn't communicate with their clients. It was not our fault that one of our items was not rubbed against the magnetic pad so that it doesn't go off at the sensors.
