BAD EXPERIENCE AT CLICKS PHOENIX PLAZA, MORE THAN ONCE

I just thought I'd let you guys know about the bad experiences I've been through at CLICKS PHOENIX PLAZA. Firstly, Sometime ago last year, the sencor at the exit went off, while I was leaving the store. So, I knew the normal protocol that needs to be followed, because the cashier didn't remove the security tag and hence for the beeping. But, to my dismay and disappointment, I was harassed, and the employee of the store, started to open my personal handbag and belongings, without even checking the packet of my purchased goods. I was utterly humiliated on that very day, I left the store embarrassed. Because, I was not at fault and was treated like a common ********. Secondly, unfortunately, I have to say that the service at the pharmacy at CLICKS PHOENIX PLAZA is pathetic. I've been having issues with them for the past two months now. Twice, they promised me that they would have my medication ordered and ready for collection or delivery, yet they failed to do so on both occasions. I really needed my medication and I trusted CLICKS PHOENIX PLAZA, TO COME WITH THEIR PROMISES TO ME. I left my prescription and informed them in December, that I would need this medication. Instead, I was left with countless excuses. To make matters worse, my dad is a senior citizen and he was extremely worried about my health. He went to them to find out what's going on and he received attitude from some of the staff.

Its, sad to say, but CLICKS PHOENIX PLAZA HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORSE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.
